QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Engineering course graduate (B.S Civil Engineering is preferred). With minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience. With professional driver's licence. Good communication skills. Telecom project experience is a must. Can read and interpret plans. Can be responsible in handling and leading a team. Can work with minimal to no supervision Works well under pressure. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Implementation supervisor Preparing in taking off materials quantity and estimate schedule of delivery. Responsible in project scheduling , deliverables and planning of work activities. Requisition of materials, tools and equipment. Responsible in planning and scheduling of manpower, equipment and deployment. Will prepare documents, SKOM, PAT, FAT TESTING. Responsible in monitoring and making sure the target completion date will be met. Can handle and resolve internal and external conflict or issues.
